Delivery Policy

• Delivery charges apply as per the area limit based on distance.
• Delivery will be done by Amma’s Restaurant team and in exceptional cases by the third party sub contractors.
• The promised delivery time would be 45mins within the 5km delivery radius.This time is bound to be exceeded in unforeseen circumstances due to peak hour business/demand.
• Based on delivery area, the freshness of the food is bound to change.
• Grain’s restaurant doesn’t stand liable for the delay in delivery caused by any event of accidents, road blocks or other exceptional circumstances.
• In case of any discrepancies, every dispute will be analysed and dealt by the head office in Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
