Cancellation Policy

  • Food items will not be taken in exchange.
  • Orders once placed can’t be cancelled. This is due to remote and back-end operations.
  • Grain’s restaurant, has the right the reject the order in exceptional circumstances, in which case, the money would be reserved as credit against the customer.
  • Delivery delays, if happened, are regretted but this won’t be accepted as a reason for any cancellation or non acceptance of order.
